Grayed-out songs in Music Library after iPhone upgrade

The missing playlists/albums/songs do show up on the Music Library, but grayed out and cannot be played.

Original Title: Just upgraded to iPhone Pro 16 from iPhone 12. Maybe of the songs are missing and cannot redownloaded from Apple Music. How can I recover them?
