Missing trash and reply icons in iPhone Mail app
Suddenly, the trash and reply icons at the bottom of the emailS on my iPhone have disappeared. How do I get them back?

Have you performed a Forced Restart?
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Quickly press and release the volume up button,
Then quickly press and release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.
(Ignore the slider and keep holding until you see the Apple logo)
