Incorrect Screen Time usage data on Mac

I have been experiencing problems with [describe clearly – for example: the Screen Time app showing incorrect usage data. The usage time reported is significantly higher than my actual usage].

Steps I have already tried:

Restarted my MacBook
Updated to the latest macOS version
Tried resetting the Screen Time settings

Unfortunately, the problem still persists.

I would appreciate it if you could guide me on the next steps to resolve this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side.

Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
