Unable to claim or edit business location in Apple Business Connect

When I try to claim a location in maps it won’t let me even though I’ve already registered the business name and I can’t get in to edit my business info and when I try to send a message under support it tells my I can’t and to try again later so I tried again the next day and still the same message. It’s like the whole Apple business connect page is acting glitchy for me no matter which category I try to use. Was wondering if I’m doing something wrong or is the page down or is there someone I can contact that can help resolve it?
