MacBook Pro and my older MacBook Air have stopped working with my HP 7000 printer

My Mac Book pro and my older Mac Air have stopped working with my HP 7000 printer. I get a Wrong size paper error. The printer works with a PC's . I have checked all setting from several different programmes for the selected paper size . Re installed the HP app to no avail. The older Air and newer Mac run on different OS,s sequoia 15.6 and high sierra 10.13.6

What is your "HP 7000 printer" exactly...(?)
