Website Data showing websites I have not searched or used in a long time

About 2 months ago I had some websites show up in my website data in the advanced setting in safari that I have not searched for or accessed on my phone for about 8 months prior to looking at it for the first time, i'm wondering why such websites show up there are they related to search history, because my history auto deletes every month? They also show up as 0 bytes
