Alexa app on my iPhone 13 Pro asking to toggle off microphone and camera

i have amazon Alexa app on i phone 13 pro and it is adking me to toghle the microphone and camra but there id no toghle for thrm whst do I do. Alexa is asking me to toggle the microphone and the camera but in the settings there is no toggle button so what do I do
