You have an outdated ipad with an older ios. Apps will require newer ios.

YOu will need to update to a newer ipad that is compatible with the newest ios to download apps.

Yes, this is completely normal. Since iOS 10 was discontinued on October 1, 2022, many newer apps are no longer compatible with it.

To resolve this, you should try to update your iPad's operating system. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to see if there's a newer version of iOS available for your device. If an update is available, install it and then try to download your apps again. If no Software Updates show up your iPad might be outdated, maybe try considering an upgrade? ;-)
