You must be a VERY important person for someone to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to hack you? That would likely mean you're a diplomat, elected official or president of a Multi-Million dollar corporation. If you aren't, then no, you haven't been hacked. It's EXTREMELY difficult and outrageously expensive to hack an iPhone. What you could have is a compromised account with perhaps a social media account or you've shared your phone with someone who knew your account credentials.
