I have horizontal lines across the bottom of my Macbook Pro M1 display

I have a 2021 Macbook Pro M1. Purchased it at launch. Recently started to have horizontal lines across the bottom of the display. Spoke to support and long story short, it will cost $830 in repairs. The last time I went in for AirPod Pro, they wanted $160 for repairs. Quality for Apple products has gone downhill and it's no longer worth the premium price.
