Microphone issues with talk to text and Siri on iPhone 16 Plus

Help. I have an Iphone 16S plus and siri does not work, talk to text does not work either. I can use Safari as long as I type in my request. It will not respond to voice commands. I have gone thru all of the resets and no luck. Any suggestions?

Original Title: microphone issues with talk to text. Also, Siri responds but "cannot help" when asked a question.
