Print button missing in books. Still in 2025

Why is the print button still missing in Books in August 2025 when this was reported in 2023. Fortunately someone in the community said it is still there but invisible. Top right corner. It was thankfully. But why has apple not rectified such a small item. I have an up to date iPad not an old one.
