My mackbook pro m4 pro suddenly crashed one night and the next day I found that my keyboard is not working 😭😭,, I don't know what to do now,, but when I shut down the laptop, if I press any key, the laptop turns on,, but after it turns on, the other keys don't work.

Get or borrow any USB Keyboard
Connect it to the computer
This is a Test to see of the external Keyboard works on the computer
Does it ?
After connecting the USB keyboard you should open the System Settings app and check to see if it shows the wireless keyboard being connected in the Bluetooth window. If not, reconnect it.
