GarageBand interrupted by another app on iPhone 7

I got this message anytime i try to access gb. It was working just fine before. Im on an iPhone 7, IOS 15.8.4. And I use an adapter for headphones, just like every time.

This is occurring because another app is using your microphone at the same time you open GarageBand. Look for any active apps that could potentially be using your microphone for Dictation, video calls, etc. If you can’t determine the exact app, close all open apps and open GarageBand again. This should fix the problem.
