iPhone, Watch & AirPod Usage Tips For Hyperhidrosis & Oddly shaped ears
When working out I sweat A LOT. TMI, my watch, phone, and AirPods look like I dunked them in water. I run into a lot of issues with this during my workouts because the screen on my watch or iPhone will struggle recognizing my fingers, which are also sweaty, so I can’t turn off my workout timer. Or they think my sweat is my finger and decide to start fast forwarding on what I’m watching…Yes, even in lock mode on YT it will still somehow fast forward and I can’t stop it with my soaked screen and sweaty hands. This also occurs on my AirPods. It thinks my sweat is my finger and decides to open Siri, turn down the volume or continually pause music/videos. Also, my ears must not be like everyone else’s because normal AirPod tips, regardless of size, will not stay put. I have to buy specialized foam tips to keep them mostly in.
For all you avid sweat-hogs and oddly shaped ear folks out there that feel no love from these Apple products but love using them, what are some tips and tricks you use?
