Adobe Acrobat Reader assistance has left Bomgar in back ground...

Due to an issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader, their assistant requested access to my computer screen in an attempt to sort out - they failed!

I now see a banner ‘Background items Added’ ‘Software from”Bomgar” added items that can run in the background. You can manage this in Login items Settings’.

Have looked in these Settings via Apple/System Settings/General/Login Items. Nothing shown relates to Bomgar software.

Question is if no software in Login, why does this banner appear and how to get rid?
