Unintentional Siri activation recording private conversations on iPhone

If Siri is activated unintentionally and I’m talking to someone, that’s a private conversation that was obtained. I don’t know how that is paranoia. My conversations were not meant to be recorded and I’m pretty sure that they are if Siri is activated.
