If they "are only visible when a flash is used" then... don't use a flash on the screen. How often does one do this?

The proper solution is exactly what you've already done - approach Apple support for guidance and evaluation for repair under warranty. If you feel your first encounter is less than satisfactory, you can ask to speak to the next level supervisor to plead your case.

We here in the Community are but users like yourself and have no say or sway with Apple whatsoever. You also are not addressing Apple here at all.

You said you took the computer to the service center, but didn't say which service center. Was it an Apple location? If it was not Apple proper, then you might give that a go.
