Journal entries have their dates changed when travelling to another time zone

I travelled from Paris to London by plane (different time zone, 1 hour gap) and the next day I realized almost all of my 2K entries had their dates either pushed up or pushed back, so i have to check them one by one, which sometimes means doing some time-consuming research. And of course I have no idea what’s going to happen when I travel back to Paris. Apple Journal has always been a little buggy, but this issue defeats the whole purpose of the app in my opinion.
