Our iMac has two separate iTune accounts, mine and my wife's. Be both have iPhones and iPads, but we only share the iMac. Well, somehow some of our songs have become intertwined in each others library. How can I fix this?

Do you have separate user accounts on the iMac?
Or are you using a single account?
If a single account, whose Apple ID is signed into iTunes on the iMac?
Are you using Family Sharing between your Apple IDs?
Phil, IDK if my wife has hers separate, I never considered that. About Apple share, yes we did at one time, but no longer.
