How do I manually sync only certain songs from my mac to the cloud in apple music?

I have a lot of song files that are not available in apple mucis. I am able to sync them to the cloud to listen to on all my devices, but I can only seem to sync everything or nothing. How do I manually choose which songs to sync to the cloud?
