carplay navigator volume too low vs music and other apps

I have an android radio with CarPlay. When I Connect my 13 pro with CarPlay, And put on some Music (Spotify, TuneIn) navigator volume (Apple or Google, it is The same) is really low. I must listen to music with high volume to be able to understand navigator voice. Is it normal?
