Changing my stand goal start time in the Fitness app

My current 12-hr stand goal in the Fitness starts at 6am but I am always up in the 5am hour. Where do I change my 12-hr start time to 5am?

You can change your stand schedule when you click activity rings, it should pop up a larger view of your move, exercise, and stand metrics for the day.

Scroll down until you see Stand and click the -+ symbol to the right.

It will show a pop up, click change daily goal, at the top right it will show schedule. You can change the time there.

You can also follow the same steps on your watch as well if you need to adjust on the go.
