Music glitching/lagging on iPhone 15 Plus after iOS update

I recently updated my Iphone 15 Plus to the newest IOS, Since then my music apps have been glitching/lagging when playing in car and headphones. Went and filed a claim thru my phone provider and then gave me a new Iphone 15 plus. Went to use headphones and the same problem occurred. Tried everything on the internet to fix this.
