I'm trying to transfer from my old computer to my new one. It is asking for the address of a file server. What is that and where do I find it?

As you don’t seem to be familiar with or running a file server or a Time Capsule or a Time Machine (NAS) server, it’s unclear what sort of Mac data transfer or data migration is being performed.
What is your old computer? A Mac? A Windows PC?
