Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, and a theft deterrent that was easy to bypass would not be much of a deterrent.
These parts are indistinguishable from lost or stolen parts, if the parts are not actually lost or stolen.
If the donor iPhone was removed from Activation Lock, then the parts will be unlocked.
Otherwise, the parts are locked.
Sourcing random parts from random places, just like buying used iPhones from random sellers, is risky.
