Unintended text conversation naming on iPhone 14

Unintended text conversation naming on iPhone 14.

My iPhone 14 is showing I've added someone to a text conversation and named the text conversation when I haven't sent the text.

I’ve since changed my Apple ID password and updated my settings. Any ideas what this is or other things I should do? Thanks

Hi Lawrence, I didn’t add the person or change the name but it’s showing in the “info” about the conversation “you added **** to the conversation” and “you named the conversation *****”. It was a phishing message about recruitment. Thanks
