Screen time for managed account shows old deactivated ipad, not new ipad

I have two kids managed accounts, and I manage their screen time with my iphone. Recently, both of them had to get replacement ipads. To replace the ipads, we removed from findmy and did everything to unlink the old Ipads.

Now, on my iphone, when I go to settings-> family-> [managed account], the daily average screen time shows 0m.

When I click on the screen time, it shows the old ipad name instead of the new ipad name (for both accounts)

Everything else works on the new ipad. I can schedule downtime, and set limits for apps, and it works on the new ipad.

I have gone in and removed the old ipad from all devices where I can find it.

When I look on the new ipad I can see correct screen time showing. But it is not showing up on my iphone.

I've reached out to apple support about this, and they have yet to help me with this
