McAfee keeps blocking my Safari page

Then you're going to have to explain where you're seeing McAfee.

Is it a non-stop string of notifications sliding in from the top right of the screen?

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Apps
3. Tap Safari
4. Tap "Clear History and Website Data"

That should remove anything involved with your browsing experience.
