Siri not working on my iPhone 16 Pro after iOS 18.6 update

Since I updated the latest software IOS 18.6, Siri no longer works on my iPhone 16 pro. Siri can hear my voice but just replies something went wrong, please try again later. I have checked all the settings as advised and have turned Siri off and back on again to reinstall Siri. Still not working. Is there anything else I can try?

My iPhone SE3 upgraded to iOS 18.6 last night. Today Siri does not work. Maps does not work. Navigation doesn’t work. Hands free doesn’t work. Why don’t these upgrades come with warnings that they’ll break the phone? Also will the keyboard ever get fixed? It’s still retyping everything I type.
