Japanese lyrics misaligned on Android Apple Music with per-syllable sync

On my Android device, Japanese lyrics in Apple Music appear vertically misaligned when using per-syllable synchronized lyrics. Kanji and kana seem to be rendered in different fonts or font sizes, resulting in uneven text height that makes it harder to read.

This issue only occurs with per-syllable sync — songs that use line-by-line sync display correctly. The misalignment problem has been present since a version released over a year ago.
