I just spent an hour with tech support at apple. They could not find out why I couldn't get past the dialogue "content not available in your country" for any show on britbox. It's not real. Britbox on apple is not available.
I have no problem with it at all.
What troubleshooting have you tried?
If you have a VPN installed, remove it.
as I understand then uk tv takes many a measure to make sure only UK natives can access the service at least without paying, so if it was me then I would reach out to the developers of britbox to verify if it's possible at all from you to access the material when outside of UK.
BritBox is the streaming service offered by the BBC for use outside of the UK.
BritBox inside of the UK was shutdown.
Britbox does not work in the Apple TV app in the USA.
