My apple SE 3nd generation watch has been able to pair & receive signals from my DexCom g7 until a recent software update. Now my watch says it is paired but has lost the CGM signal.
anybody? What can I do? This is why I bought the watchm& the only thing for which I really use it,

is there a way to notify Apple that somebody obviously goofed?

I'm very sorry to say that it seems Dexcom did not update itself to work with the latest iOS update. Please check with Dexcom for a resolution. Hopefully they can walk you thru the process to regain the CGM signal. And you may not want to do any more iOS updates unless you are sure that Dexcom, and any other important apps, will work with the update.
You can offer your feedback to Apple using the link below. But it is up to any third party to adjust their app to Apple's updates.
