Apple TV App won't load on 1TV as it did before. Other devices work fine

Apple TV suddenly stopped working on Bedroom TV (Toshiba) Works fine on Living room TV (LG) and other devices. Tried Uninstalling/reinstalling on B/R TV. NO Help. Other Apps (Netflix, Prime) working normally. Any help would be greatly appreciated as my wife is sick and watching TV in B/R. Also, when asked to Tag my question, noticed that the TV is not on the list available devices.
