Can I move the 'hide my email' pop-up on my iPhone screen without disabling this feature?

When I am filling out the email address and password in a log-in, 'hide my email' pops up in just the wrong place: right over the list of possible email addresses that my 1password password manager shows the different email addresses I might select from to log in to a particular website (for example), making it difficult to select the proper email address or user name to fill in to the log-in entry (for example, if different family members use the same website). Is there a way to move the 'hide my email' pop-up to a different part of the screen without having to disable this feature?
