I have a pending purchase will I still be able to make an app purchase?

I have pending purchase. I know it means that payments were not charged, but it needs to clear to report any problems about your purchases, but I have a certain time limit to make an app purchase if I put a debit card on my account or if I can add funds to my Apple Cash, will I be able to make any purchases

As Apple users, like yourself, in the community, we have no access to your accounts or details and no way of checking why the amount is pending. We can't guess whether the pending purchase could be cancelled, or whether it must be paid before you can use the account for downloads, refunds, purchases etc.

See if there is information about the pending amount provided in your purchase history:

How to: View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support


See what to do: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


Find out how to pay an unpaid order.

If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required' - Apple Support
