After updating my Apple Watch to version 11.6, GPS started showing a different location

I read some threads about this, and there were the following options for fixing the problem: 1. Restarting my iPhone and Apple Watch didn't help. 2. Turning off and on the geolocation on two devices didn't help. 3. Enabling background content updates on my watch didn't help. 4. Restricting the Weather app's access to geolocation in privacy settings didn't help. I currently live in St. Petersburg, but my watch thinks I'm in Bloemfontein.
