Can't open IG & X after update to iOS 17 due to SSL certificate

My iPad is 6th generation and I have just updated to iOS 17. When the update succeeded and I tried some apps, I couldn't access/open Instagram, X, Reddit, , and even my M-banking. It's always loading due to SSL certificate.

I restarted the device, still the same. Offloaded data / reinstalled some apps (especially in Instagram), when I was gonna login, there's an error said like "Certificate Transparency", "Handshake", & "-0x2700". For the X app, it seemed offline so I can't login.

I have tried so many suggested ways from Internet like Reset Network Settings or Install Facebook, still nothing. Even I have set the date & time correctly and accurately.

And I didn't find any solution regarding to that "Certificate Transparency" error in every site or forum. I'm so blind with this certificate thingy, but here's on the Pic certificate in my iPad. Is it actually the bugs from iOS 17 or is it maybe because my device is outdated now? Is there any solution BESIDE FACTORY RESET?

Please help me urgently. Thank you 😢

Ensure that you have updated your iPad to the most recent supported version of iPadOS. If your iPad does not support iPadOS 18, this will be iPadOS 17.7.9.

Update your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support

Are you using any security Apps (e.g. Norton, MacAfee etc.) or VPN Apps/connection? If yes, remove them entirely from your iPad - and then perform a forced restart before testing the Apps and services with which you are having issues.

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)

If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
  3. Press and hold the top button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

If the problem persists after performing the restart, it may be necessary to reset your iPad settings. While this reset will not cause any loss of data, as a precaution, it is always wise to ensure that you have a current iCloud or iTunes backup before performing the reset:

When you are happy to proceed, you can perform the reset from iPad settings:

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset All Settings

If the problem still doesn’t clear, the next step is to reset the iPad to factory settings:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

Otherwise, you would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page. Alternatively and perhaps easier, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad - and you can explore your available options:
