Unable to fix Apple Music crackling issues on my iPhone

I have been playing music from my iPhone, and it keeps crackling and stopping. This is happening with purchased music and music that I downloaded to my apple music app. I notice that other friends that have iPhones and have apple music app are having the same issue or worsted.
