OSX 15.6 Apple Mail INBOX Does not display Mail after July 24th 2025.

Updated to 15.6 from 15.5 last week. MAIL Inbox does not show mail beyond July 24th 2025. Franticlly turned off all rules. Looked everywhere in the App for filters but didn’t find any.

Eventually found the missing mail in the Trash of the Apple Mail account, my primary mail account.

Set up Smartmailbox filtered “not flagged” and moved July 25-Aug 1 into it. That mail box worked but…. Total Unread was previously 11k. Now showing 5.8K in the SmartMailBox and 4.9k in the normal but not functioning “InBox”. Some time today, new mail flowed into the INBOX. But Couldnot see after moving the “missing” dates from the Smartmail box. Oh, I did reindex the mailboxes after trying to “fix things”.
