Carplay is blocking all calls and messages
I recently changed carriers to T-Mobile on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Since then, 6 weeks ago, when I'm connected to CarPlay, all my phone calls and messages won't come through, I get a "Call Declined" pop-up if I even get a notification at all. Before everyone gives me "the basics." I have;
- Reset my phone (multiple times)
- Reset the BMW screen (multiple times)
- Reset the carrier settings
- Forgot the car and then re-added the car
- Had the car "forget" my phone then re-added my phone
- I have verified no "Focus" is turned on
- I have verified Silence Unknown Callers is turned OFF
- I have set Announce Calls to ALWAYS
- I have verified that when not on CarPlay I DO get phone calls and texts
- I have confirmed that BMW does not have an "automatic phone call blocker"
- I have confirmed my wife's phone (after T-Mobile) does not do this with her Apple CarPlay
WHAT am I missing??? Please help.
