Apple iCloud passwords not auto filling on iPhone

Apple iCloud password autofill does not pop up anymore. iPhone is up to date (18.6). In iCloud passwords & keychain, sync this iPhone feature is toggled on as well as Autofill passwords and passkeys option. However, under Autofill passwords and passkeys, iCloud password & keychain does not show up despite other password managers like google or chrome appear. Did a hard reset it but did not help.
