I bought a new watch July 14 .... every single podcast I have listened since the , still appears in the latest episodes on the watch despite being marked played . Are you ever going to fix this issue?

I have seen an occasional podcast episode that I have listened to continue to show up as downloaded on my Watch. As the other person replied, I would definitely suggest upgrading to the latest versions of software. with 18.6, the bug where podcasts that have been listened to has finally been fixed for iPhone and iPad. I never saw it affect any other platform - Mac or Watch.
Have your watch and iPhone been updated to the latest watchOS and iOS versions?
Did you already tell Apple directly about the issue by using the Feedback link?
Apple does not follow theses user to user community, and this is the only way to make them aware of software problems.
