Phone app not working properly in Carplay

Iam from INDIA.

Earlier, had an iPhone 11 which worked fine in my car, and after upgrading to iPhone 13, it is a pain to answer and make calls.

Having an iPhone13 with ios18.6, using it with Hyundai Exter wired car play.

Since then got an issue of caller not able to hear my voice within 10 secs of a call. Switching to iPhone Speaker and off again works.

Sometimes it works for a minute or two and sometimes not even works for a sec.

This is irritating and unsafe.

Have a case ID of 10****63, but support personnel couldn't solve this issue.

Tried everything they instructed, but still same.

Note: Android auto is working fine in this car (so not related to car mic issue).

Any suggestion is highly appreciated, thanks in advance.
