Swollen battery on iPhone 15 pro Max

The screen is popping out and the housing is bent It may be because it fell off the fridge once and got a LCD replacement instead of an OLED and I can see the backlight on the side where the screen is popping out

The iPhone 15 Pro Max uses an OLED display, the iPhone 11 and SE (2nd Generation) were the last iPhones with an LCD display. This could only mean you got an unauthorized repair to tamper with your iPhone, and likely can be attributed to the swollen battery. Unfortunately this means Apple will no longer service your iPhone. Your best bet is to stop using the iPhone, a swollen battery can be at risk of a fire or explosion.
