How to resolve Screen Time issues of multiple apps while using only FaceTime?

While on Facetime, Screen Time says that I'm using apps that I do not have open. It counts multiple apps as used for the same amount of time. How do I fix this? This only happens when I am on Facetime.

I did not use ANY of these apps, I was only on FaceTime.
