I forgot my Mac firmware password

I forgot my Mac firmware password, what do I do next? TSPS said my Mac was too old, and cannot send the binary file to reset it. Recently, I got a new Mac, but the old one I want to see, but no one wants to buy it due to the firmware password. Anyone have any tips on how to reset it?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.7

Finding a Password:

Any recollection of a record where you may have stored this, such as in a password journal? One thing not recommend to use for a firmware password is your bank pin, but try that and see if it works. Try a common password you've used in the past. Lastly, think of a keyword like a friend's or pet's name.
