Apple Watch battery draining quickly after watchOS 11.02 update

My watch battery drains in less then two hours since update 11.02 I’ve tried the suggestions online but it wasn’t a problem before the update and they didn’t work anyways. Tried unpairing and repairing, also didn’t work.
