update metadata and actor bio on AppleTV and iTunes Store

The actor and crew biographies on AppleTV (both store and streaming) are sometimes incomplete, out of date, or empty. We are trying to figure out how to correct the information so that, for example, an actor's work in other shows or films will show up as part of their bio. We would also like to be able to add bios for actors whose bios are unpopulated. Does anyone know how Apple fills in the bios and the metadata? I know how it works on music (it is from the record label - sort of). But there is no information for video.
