Apple Watch Series 10 not mirroring Slack notifications

I am not able to get Slack notifications to mirror on my Apple Watch. I have never been able to get them to work since starting my job 4 years ago. Apple watch series 10 is running on watchOS 11.6 and iPhone 16 Pro is running on iOS 18.6. All other notifications mirror without a problem. I don't have focus or do not disturb on any device. Slack notifications within Slack are set to all new messages, notify me always even if active, schedule set to 12am-11:59pm, and troubleshooting to get a test message delivers the notification on iPhone but not watch. Slack notifications in iPhone settings are set to allow notifications, time sensitive notifications, show on lock screen, show in notification center, and show banners, play sounds, show badges, show on Mac. Settings in the watch app are toggled on for Slack. Slack has been deleted and redownloaded and all settings have been toggled off and back on again. Thank you!
